Honestly, and all on me, I don't use the app to the extent I should, like all the features, tips, articles, ect it offers, especially for the cost. I really only use it to track my fasting time, liquid intake and weight which I should probably do so in my own, but the app does make it easy enough. For those heavily vested in this type of app and dedicated to putting the time into using it, you'd probably love it!!

So far, I like the app! A few suggestions I have are: 1. Make recipes editable(I'm allergic to nuts, so I leave them out) 2. Make it so we can add the recipe to our journal. 3. Make it so we can add other activities (bowling, swimming, things the tracker doesn't pick up) 4. Make it so we can see and edit our journal through the day, not wait till the day is over.

SCAM ! There "free trial" isn't real. They do charge you $7 and claimed that we have chose that option and all purchases are final. I didn't even use the app for more than an hour. I thought i'd try then i discover the app is absolutely useless. It only gave you a tracker for your fasting and nothing else. I can use my phone's timer for the same thing without paying. They won't refund you and claimed that it's clear in the agreements. I read and there's nothing about no refund for my case. !
